Andorran legislation allows the incorporation of companies with 100% foreign capital, providing a favorable environment for creating companies. 1. Limited Liability Company – Limited Society (L.S.)
This type of company is the largest in Andorra, including small and medium-sized companies. Within this type of company, there is the Sociedad Limitada Unipersonal (S.L.U.) with only one partner. The minimum capital requirement is 3,000 euros.
2. Public Limited Company – Anonymous Society (A.S)
This type of company, less common in the country, is for companies with higher turnover, multiple shareholders, and a high initial capital, such as holding companies and equity or financing companies. The minimum capital requirement is 60,000 euros. Similarly, a Sociedad Anónima Unipersonal (S.A.U.) can be set up if the company has only one shareholder.
